Vitalis Gladius is a company founded in 2009, specializing in management consulting and investments, with the ambition of creating better shareholder value for its clients. The company also provides support for board work and, when desired, interim leadership.

The company's principal owner, Kim Poulsen, has over 30 years of global leadership experience across three continents and six different countries. He has spent more than 15 years working abroad (in Europe, the Americas, and Asia), highlighting his international perspective and expertise.

Vitalis Gladius’ core expertise lies in supporting client companies with strategy development, growth and scalability, performance improvement, and reorganization. Vitalis Gladius not only provides strategic planning but, when desired by the client, also actively participates in implementing the measures together with the client company. In addition, Vitalis Gladius has invested—and is prepared to invest—in its client companies when a shared vision for the future is established.
